## At a glance

- Where: Settings -> Apps -> Messages -> Shared with You
- Changes: Messages content surfaced inside supported apps
- Limits: It does not delete messages, remove manually saved pictures or manage Shared Library participants.

## Steps

1. Check whether the picture came through Messages rather than a Shared Album.
2. Open Shared with You in Messages settings and turn the Photos option off, or disable Automatic Sharing.
3. For one conversation, open the contact/group details in Messages and turn off Show in Shared with You.

## Check the result

Send a harmless sample and inspect both the conversation and Photos. If a picture was saved manually into the library, manage that separate item directly.
